The Bay Filey Holiday Village By Away Resorts

We had a lovely 3-day family getaway at the Bay Filey, enjoying spacious accommodations perfect for our group of eight. The proximity to the beach and nearby landmarks was fantastic, and the indoor swimming pool facilities provided great relaxation. the cleanliness and maintenance of the pub and some amenities left something to be desired, affecting our overall experience.

The location provided easy access to local attractions, making exploration hassle-free. the room's condition was a stark contrast to my expectations, being quite uncomfortable and tatty, suggesting that any significant repairs might be cost-prohibitive.

A minor negative was the limited kitchen amenities, which could have enhanced my overall experience.

The staff was very polite, super friendly. We had apartment where our children slept.

We enjoyed a good four-day stay with our granddaughter, embracing the tranquil village vibe. The accommodation was well-maintained, offering a homely and comfortable atmosphere. The leisure centre provided excellent facilities, and the beach was a beautiful highlight, albeit a bit steep to access. The Italian restaurant served tasty meals, complemented by the lovely resort layout, making our experience enjoyable.

The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Easy check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was great. The location couldn't be more incredible to the shop off site. Besides, it was near the beach and The Bay. The stay was really good; nothing too much trouble.

Excellent place with its indoor pool, children's play area, and free parking. The staff were helpful during my first stay, printing my tickets. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for Xmas.

I was really disappointed with the check-in experience. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, leaving me to figure out everything on my own, like how to find our apartment. It felt chaotic and frustrating from the start.

What a lovely getaway! The accommodation felt super modern and cozy-it was like a home away from home! Just a short walk down to a stunning beach, perfect for evening strolls. Plus, the site was super dog-friendly, which made it an even better escape for us and our pup.

We also noticed the cleaning supplies were pretty limited. the distance back up from the beach was quite the workout, especially with a little one in tow! it was enjoyable but could use a bit of fine-tuning.
